Mr. Knapp sets the standard against which all lawyers should be measured.
He is honest, experienced, diligent, and highly intelligent. (He also has a pretty good sense of humor)...all the qualities necessary to help you navigate the tangled maze that is our legal system.
Mr. Knapp is particularly skilled at focusing on the crucial issues while avoiding the petty distractions that will ultimately cost you unnecessary time and expense.
He behaves respectfully toward all parties involved and communicates openly and promptly.
I am exceedingly grateful to have had Carl as my attorney and I would recommend him, without reservation, to anyone seeking legal services.

5 stars- Carl has helped me get my children back. He has literally been the answer to my prayers and helped give me my life back.  I still have a long way to go but with Carl by my side, I feel so much more confident about it.  I couldn't be happier!

I was referred to Carl by a good friend and he was absolutely amazing. He did not fall short by any means. He was great and listened to my concerns and what I was hoping to get out of it. He was very consultative and professional. Definitely would recommend Carl to anyone who has issues they need a lawyer for.

Carl Knapp is truly a client's attorney. He listens to you and offers feedback and support when you need it the most. He listens and accepts feedback from on issues and will work you constructively on it. Carl was my attorney during my challenging divorce years ago and with a recent legal matter. He took the time to care, and understand the circumstances. In other words he is not just an attorney who represents you with your legal issues. He represents you in all areas of your life. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has any legal issues.   

5 stars - Diligent and Knowledgeable  Mr. Knapp was empathetic, knowledgeable and down to earth. He took the time to explain in layman's terms what some of the legal jargon meant and albeit frustrating, how divorce procedures work regarding pensions, marital debt, and more. He was always quick to return my calls and emails and worked diligently to finalize my divorce. He did a great job advocating on my behalf and should you have a need for his services,

Carl was referred to me by a Masonic Brother, and I have been working with him on my divorce for 1 year. I trust Carl not only to be my Legal Counsel for everything I need now, and for any future problems, and family issues that may occur. Not only is he my lawyer, I very pleased to call him a friend. This is one stand up man, and a true gentleman. 

5 stars - A reasonable and Honest Attorney
My first attorney wanted to file costly motions in lieu of directly contacting opposing counsel when the other party refused to cooperate with the sale of our family's home. That attorney contacted me 4 years and two law firms later, having forgotten that she no longer represented me. Hindsight tells me I made the correct decision in terminating her services.  My second attorney's firm received numerous prestigious awards and they will be the first to tell you this. I was represented by a junior partner and every time he spoke to the senior partner about my case I was billed. In fact, I got a regular bill every month from that "award winning" law firm but 2 years and $30,000 dollars later I was yet to see the inside of a courtroom.
 

I was the plaintiff in my divorce and the other party did everything possible to make the process as emotionally exhausting and financially damaging as possible. I regularly received communications from opposing counsel assassinating my character. While this caused me great consternation, in the end they were pointless and only served to line the pockets of 

opposing counsel.
 

Eventually, I hired Carl Knapp, I wish I would have hired him first. Carl was able to quickly get me to the Masters Hearing that I desperately needed to get my matter resolved. For years, my Wife’s attorney had been making grandiose, baseless claims which even the Master would later scoff at during the hearing. Carl's guidance concerning the Master's Hearing was 100 percent correct. He advised me that their claims were not valid and would not be granted by the court. If something is not in your best interest, Carl is not going to waste time on it simply to generate billable hours for himself. He is a reasonable man who is shrewd when he has to be. My advice is to hire an experienced, affordable attorney who is honest. Carl Knapp is that kind of lawyer. If you'd rather hire an attorney who will send nasty letters; quibble over the smallest of details; and who will mislead you by telling you what you want to hear simply to run up billable hours, Carl is NOT your guy. "Discourage litigation. Persuade your neighbors to compromise whenever you can. Point out to them how the nominal winner is often a real loser - in fees, and expenses, and waste of time. As a peacemaker the lawyer has a superior opportunity of being a good man. There will still be business enough." --Abraham Lincoln  This quote encapsulates Carl Knapp's approach to his job. I would highly recommend him.

I came across Knapp Law through word of mouth and was told how great it was to work with Mr. Knapp. Carl Knapp was extremely helpful working with me through some legal matters - I was very fortunate to have a great attorney on my side. His knowledge in many different sectors of law was extremely valuable for me and my legal outcomes. Mr. Knapp was very thorough making sure all bases are covered and always followed through. His dedication is second to none - highly recommend!
